W.M. Nzambi serves as President and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional of Mariner Financial Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA. W.M. has years of experience advising hard-working families and businesses in the areas of investment management, financial planning, retirement planning, insurance and estate planning strategies.

W.M. built a successful practice by focusing objectively on the needs of his clients, emphasizing four guiding principles, Competence, Communication, Character and Care. Under his leadership, Mariner Financial Group has positioned itself as a firm that stands independent of potentially controlling or conflicting Wall Street relationships. The firm has a network of Professionals whose expertise can be called upon during the Planning Process. These professionals may include CPA's, Attorney's, Pension Administrators, Actuaries, Insurance Underwriters, Financial Advisors and others affiliated with the firm's Broker/Dealer and Registered Investment Adviser, Equity Services, Inc. (ESI). With its institutional resources, Mariner Financial Group remains wholly independent, with no controlling interests held by any other firm. This allows the firm’s allegiance to be to its clients, to advocate for and objectively advise them.

W.M. is a committed supporter of the entrepreneurial community. He has been instrumental in creating opportunities for businesses having served as Chair of the Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project’s Economic Development Committee and a member of the organization’s board.

Throughout the years, W.M. also served as Vice President and Board Member of the Rotary Club of Bethel/St Clair and Chair of the Rotary Gateway Teen Leadership Institute. He received Duquesne University’s Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership and has been honored by Pittsburgh Magazine, receiving its “40 Under 40” Award, honoring him as one of Pittsburgh finest leaders under the age of forty. W.M. resides in Mt. Lebanon, a suburb of Pittsburgh, with his wife Amanda, and their daughters, London, Noelle and Lillian.
